Sue Ludwig

I have officially been an Arizonian since 2017 and absolutely love it! I was born and raised in a small town in Wisconsin, but always had the desire to move to the southwest. My husband and I made the move to Arizona shortly after my daughter chose college in the area. My older son stayed back in Wisconsin and works in I.T. and my step-daughter is living in Maryland and attending George Washington University. We are so proud of all of our kids and accomplishments. My husband is a Veteran, stationed in Arizona years ago while in the Air Force, and was more than happy to come back.

For nearly twenty years, my career was focused on Marketing and Business Management. I have really been lucky with the great companies I worked for in Wisconsin, however I had so much fun searching and touring homes when we moved out here that I decided to change my career path. I want to make the journey in finding a new home for others just as an enjoyable and easy as mine. I believe my marketing background has given me a great start in real estate. I am focused on developing the best home marketing plan of action and getting the most opportunities for my clients. This was the best decision I've made, as I have formed many friendships already and am excited to continue with new relationships.
